We put our customers first, always. We want you happy with your lawn and our service, and we do our best to make that happen every time. But in Unalaska, the real boss is the weather. (I'm sure those living here understand this lol).
Our schedule is first come, first served. While we aim for a specific date agreed upon between us, we adjust day by day based on conditions. If we miss the target date, we shift to the next best weather window. We know delays can be frustrating, and we get it, but locals know how it is. One minute it’s sunny, the next it’s sideways rain and 40 mph wind.
Now, what counts as “bad weather” can be subjective. Some folks think light rain means we can still get the job done and sometimes, we can. But mowing wet grass can potentially damage lawns, ruin equipment, and lead to a sloppy cut. We always make the call based on what’s best for your yard, our gear, and your final result.
We’d love to give exact dates, but unless we can mow through a storm, we play it smart and safe. Backlogs can happen, but you’re still on our list, and we’re staying in contact every step of the way.
Residential Recurring Lawn Care
$50 weekly | $65 bi-weekly
Billed monthly: $200/$130
Stay ahead of fast-growing Unalaska grass with our recurring lawn care plans. Whether you prefer weekly or bi-weekly cuts, we’ll keep your yard sharp and under control all summer long.
Overgrowth fees may apply if the lawn is too tall prior to its initial cut. It’s always best to get on our schedule early in the season to avoid extra charges and lock in your spot before the rush.
Commercial Lawn Care

We offer the same quality mowing, trimming, and cleanup services for businesses, buildings, and other commercial properties. Whether it’s a storefront, office, or larger lot, we’ll provide a clean, professional look that reflects well on your space.
Because every commercial property is different in size and needs, we operate on a quote-only basis. Reach out and we’ll walk the property, assess the work, and give you a fair price before we start.

Residential One-Time Lawn Care
Starting at $70
Great for customers who just want a single cut without a recurring plan. Whether it’s for a rental, a showing, or just a one-time cleanup, we’ll get your lawn looking sharp.
Price starts at $70 and may increase depending on grass height or cleanup needs. If there’s heavy overgrowth or a lot of debris, an additional charge will apply. We’ll always give you a heads-up with a clear quote before we begin.
Task Help & General Labor
Trust-Based Pricing
Need help with things like siding, carrying materials, or other hands-on tasks? We’re open to helping with one-off projects outside of lawn care. No strict quotes, no fixed rates.
We operate this service on a trust-based system. You tell us what the job is, we show up and do the work, and you decide what’s fair to pay us. Simple as that. We appreciate the trust and always aim to earn it through the effort we put in.
